دبلتي منصة مغربية للتعارف الجاد بهدف الزواج. خصوصيتك تهمنا، وهذه السياسة توضح البيانات التي نجمعها وكيف نستخدمها ونحميها.
1. البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم المستعار، البريد الإلكتروني، كلمة المرور (مشفرة)، الجنس، تاريخ الميلاد (للتحقق من أن العمر 18 سنة فأكثر).
- الملف الشخصي: المعلومات التي تدخلها طوعًا في ملفك (المدينة، المهنة، نبذة تعريفية، وغيرها).
- الصور: الصور التي ترفعها لملفك الشخصي. تخضع الصور للمراجعة قبل الظهور للآخرين.
- التفاعلات: الإعجابات، التجاوزات، التطابقات، والرسائل المتبادلة مع المستخدمين المتطابقين فقط.
- بيانات الجهاز والاستخدام: نوع الجهاز، إصدار النظام، لغة التطبيق، وبيانات تقنية محدودة لتحسين الخدمة وأمانها.
2. كيف نستخدم بياناتك
- تشغيل المنصة: عرض الملفات، احتساب التطابقات، وتمكين المراسلة بين المتطابقين.
- السلامة والإشراف: مراجعة الصور والمحتوى المبلغ عنه لمنع الإساءة والاحتيال.
- تحسين الخدمة وإصلاح الأعطال.
- التواصل معك بخصوص حسابك أو تحديثات مهمة.
3. الصور والخصوصية
- صورك لا تظهر بوضوح إلا للمستخدمين الذين تطابقت معهم؛ غير ذلك تظهر بشكل ضبابي.
- جميع الصور المرفوعة تمر بمراجعة بشرية/آلية قبل الاعتماد، وقد تُرفض الصور المخالفة.
4. مشاركة البيانات
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأي طرف ثالث. نشارك الحد الأدنى الضروري فقط مع مزودي البنية التحتية (الاستضافة) لتشغيل الخدمة، وهم ملزمون بحمايتها. قد نفصح عن البيانات إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك.
5. الأمان
نستخدم التشفير أثناء نقل البيانات (HTTPS)، وتُخزن كلمات المرور بشكل مشفر أحادي الاتجاه، ونحد من الوصول إلى البيانات للموظفين المخولين فقط.
6. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذف الحساب
نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك نشط. يمكنك حذف حسابك نهائيًا من داخل التطبيق، وعندها تُحذف بياناتك الشخصية وصورك ورسائلك من أنظمتنا خلال مدة معقولة، باستثناء ما يلزم الاحتفاظ به لالتزام قانوني.
7. القاصرون
دبلتي مخصص لمن هم في سن 18 فأكثر فقط. لا نجمع عن قصد بيانات من هم دون 18 سنة، وأي حساب يتبين أنه لقاصر يُحذف فورًا.
8. حقوقك
يمكنك الوصول إلى بياناتك وتعديلها وحذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق في أي وقت، أو مراسلتنا على البريد أدناه لأي طلب متعلق ببياناتك.

Diblati Privacy Policy

Diblati is a Moroccan platform for serious matrimonial matchmaking. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use and protect it.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: username, email address, password (hashed), gender, date of birth (to verify you are 18 or older).
- Profile data: information you voluntarily add to your profile (city, occupation, bio, etc.).
- Photos: photos you upload to your profile. Photos are reviewed before becoming visible to others.
- Interactions: likes, passes, matches, and messages exchanged with matched users only.
- Device and usage data: device type, OS version, app language, and limited technical data to operate and secure the service.
2. How we use your data
- Operating the platform: displaying profiles, computing matches, enabling messaging between matched users.
- Safety and moderation: reviewing photos and reported content to prevent abuse and fraud.
- Improving the service and fixing issues.
- Contacting you about your account or important updates.
3. Photos and privacy
- Your photos are shown clearly only to users you have matched with; otherwise they appear blurred.
- All uploaded photos go through review before approval; violating photos may be rejected.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We share only the minimum necessary with infrastructure providers (hosting) to operate the service, who are bound to protect it. We may disclose data if required by law.
5. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), store passwords as one-way hashes, and restrict data access to authorized personnel only.
6. Retention and account deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account from within the app; your personal data, photos, and messages are then deleted from our systems within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.
7. Minors
Diblati is strictly 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and any account found to belong to a minor is removed immediately.
8. Your rights
You can access, edit, and delete your data and account from within the app at any time, or contact us at the address below for any data-related request.
