باستخدامك لتطبيق أو موقع دبلتي فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق عليها، يرجى عدم استخدام الخدمة.
1. عن الخدمة
دبلتي منصة مغربية للتعارف الجاد بهدف الزواج، تتيح إنشاء ملف شخصي، تصفح الملفات، التعبير عن الإعجاب، والمراسلة بعد التطابق المتبادل.
2. الأهلية
- يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 سنة فأكثر لاستخدام دبلتي.
- التسجيل متاح للأفراد الباحثين عن الزواج بجدية فقط.
- حساب واحد لكل شخص؛ الحسابات المكررة أو الوهمية تُحذف.
3. حسابك ومسؤولياتك
- أنت مسؤول عن دقة المعلومات في ملفك الشخصي وعن الحفاظ على سرية كلمة مرورك.
- يُمنع انتحال شخصية الغير أو تقديم معلومات كاذبة.
- أخبرنا فورًا على support@diblati.com عند أي استخدام غير مصرح لحسابك.
4. قواعد السلوك
يُمنع منعًا باتًا:
- المضايقة، التحرش، خطاب الكراهية، أو أي سلوك مسيء تجاه المستخدمين.
- المحتوى الجنسي الصريح، أو الصور المخالفة للآداب العامة.
- الاحتيال، طلب الأموال، أو استدراج المستخدمين لأغراض تجارية.
- نشر بيانات شخصية لأشخاص آخرين (أرقام هواتف، عناوين، إلخ).
- استخدام وسائل آلية لجمع بيانات المستخدمين أو إساءة استخدام الخدمة.
5. الصور
- يجب أن تكون الصور لك شخصيًا، لائقة، وغير مخالفة للقانون أو الآداب العامة.
- جميع الصور تخضع للمراجعة قبل الظهور، وقد نرفض أو نحذف أي صورة مخالفة دون إشعار.
- بمنحك الصور فأنت تقر بأنك تملك حقوقها وتسمح لنا بعرضها ضمن الخدمة وفق إعدادات الخصوصية (ضبابية قبل التطابق).
6. الإشراف وإنهاء الحساب
نحتفظ بالحق في مراجعة المحتوى، تعليق أو إنهاء أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط أو يسيء استخدام الخدمة، دون التزام بتعويض. يمكنك إنهاء حسابك وحذف بياناتك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق.
7. الاشتراكات والمدفوعات
الخدمة الأساسية مجانية. أي مزايا مدفوعة مستقبلية ستخضع لشروط وأسعار تُعلن داخل التطبيق وقت الاشتراك، وتُدار المدفوعات عبر متجر التطبيقات وفق شروطه.
8. إخلاء المسؤولية
- دبلتي منصة تعارف؛ لا نتحقق من هوية المستخدمين ولا نضمن دقة معلوماتهم، وعليك أخذ الحيطة عند التواصل أو اللقاء بأي شخص.
- الخدمة تُقدم “كما هي” دون ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية.
- بقدر ما يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار ناتجة عن استخدامك للخدمة أو عن تصرفات المستخدمين الآخرين.
9. التبليغ والدعم
للتبليغ عن إساءة أو محتوى مخالف، استخدم زر التبليغ داخل التطبيق أو راسلنا على: support@diblati.com
10. تعديل الشروط
قد نعدل هذه الشروط عند الحاجة، وسننشر النسخة المحدثة على هذه الصفحة. استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد التعديل يعني موافقتك عليها.
11. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها، وأي نزاع يُحل وديًا أولًا عبر مراسلتنا على البريد أعلاه.

By using the Diblati app or website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. About the service
Diblati is a Moroccan platform for serious matrimonial matchmaking, allowing profile creation, browsing profiles, expressing interest, and messaging after a mutual match.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 or older to use Diblati.
- Registration is for individuals seriously seeking marriage only.
- One account per person; duplicate or fake accounts will be removed.
3. Your account and responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information and for keeping your password confidential.
- Impersonating others or providing false information is prohibited.
- Notify us immediately at support@diblati.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Code of conduct
Strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, hate speech, or any abusive behavior toward users.
- Explicit sexual content or photos violating public decency.
- Fraud, soliciting money, or luring users for commercial purposes.
- Posting other people’s personal data (phone numbers, addresses, etc.).
- Using automated means to harvest user data or abuse the service.
5. Photos
- Photos must be of you, decent, and lawful.
- All photos are reviewed before appearing; we may reject or remove violating photos without notice.
- By uploading, you confirm you own the rights to the photos and allow us to display them within the service per the privacy settings (blurred before matching).
6. Moderation and termination
We may review content and suspend or terminate any account violating these terms or abusing the service, without compensation. You may close your account and delete your data at any time from within the app.
7. Subscriptions and payments
The core service is free. Any future paid features will be subject to terms and prices announced in-app at subscription time, with payments handled through the app store under its terms.
8. Disclaimer
- Diblati is a matchmaking platform; we do not verify users’ identities nor guarantee the accuracy of their information — exercise caution when communicating with or meeting anyone.
- The service is provided “as is” without express or implied warranties.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service or from other users’ actions.

10. Changes to the terms
We may amend these terms as needed; the updated version will be published on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are subject to applicable laws, and any dispute shall first be resolved amicably by contacting us at the email above.
